Project : Contribution to the improvement of the living conditions of the refugees and Thai host communities along the Thai-Myanmar border
Title : Consultancy for Program Mid-Term review Evaluation.
Reference : MTR 1376
This Expression of Interest solicitation is open also to local consultants, in accordance with SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL recruitment procedures.
The objective of this consultation is to:
· Assess the relevance and performance of the project as compared to the project document and context evolution.
· Assess the basic results and impacts as well as identify issues and recommend course corrections and/or future strategy taking into account the changing context.
· Identify and describe some lessons learnt, through measurements of the changes in the set indicators, summarize the experiences gained, technically and managerially, and recommend the approaches and methodologies for the future project.
The local consultant will be recruited by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL for a period of 15 working days from the 14/03/2016 and works under the direct supervision of the Country Director.
SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL invites consultants to apply for the provision of services as described above. Interested consultants must submit their CV providing information on their capacity and experience showing that they are qualified for the services (documentation, references for similar services, experience in similar assignments, availability of qualified staff, etc.).

It is noteworthy that the interest shown by a Consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL for inclusion in the short list.
