PURPOSE OF THE JOB The South Sudan National Security Manager (referred to as Security Manager) is expected to provide overall safety and security expertise, standards practices, response, training, and support of safety and security across FH South Sudan. The Security Manager is responsible to ensure appropriate development and adherent of organizational and operational priorities for safety and security in FH South Sudan. The goal is to create and maintain industry standard excellence in security practices, crisis management, safety, and prevention of critical incidents and risk management for this field. The Security Manager will facilitate standards, resources, and training that are in the best interest of FH’s leadership and individual staff members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Result #1 – Support the implementation of FH’s minimum operating security standards (MOSS).
Key Result #2 – Influence and leadership.
