Malaria Consortium is hiring for a consultant for Training of Trainers for Child Safeguarding Policy. The consultant will strengthen the capacities of national level CSFP on the effective use of the Child Safeguarding Policy by staff or partners by means of developing, delivering and facilitating a three day regional Training of Trainers in Nigeria and a regional training for country and field level CSFP in Uganda and Phnom Penh.
The successful applicant will have:
Advanced University Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health and other related field.
• Extensive professional experience on issues of violence against children (provision of services for child victims of abuse, case management, or referral).
•Significant documented experience in developing, facilitating/delivering interactive/participatory training sessions in the area of child abuse, violence against children, including sexual violence, psychosocial and legal counseling, etc. Documented experience in conducting TOT.
•Excellent skills in presenting complex technical information in an easily comprehensible way.
•Adaptability and flexibility in working within complex and dynamic environment.
•Ability to deliver high quality products in a timely manner.
•Fluency in English.
